How long will it take to get my order?

If you ordered an in-stock product (vs. pre-order), your order will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. If your order is for pick-up, it will be ready within 24 hours.

For pre-orders, shipping varies and the timeline is shared on the product page.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! If there is a broken part, missing piece or split wood when you receive your game, we would be happy to make your game whole again if we are notified within 30 days of delivery.

Keep in mind, each game is handmade from salvaged wood, so your game may come with small imperfections that make it yours! As such, we are not able to accept returns for pieces that include knots or other natural wood imperfections.

Please know that our inventory supplies are limited, and it may take up to 10 working days to make your game whole again – we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all Canadian shipping zones! These deliveries are subject to delivery fees determined by Canada Post.

We offer free delivery on orders over $99, to addresses within a 40km radius of St. Anns, Ontario. Orders can also be picked up for free from our manufacturing location in St. Anns, Ontario.

Who can play this game?

We have found the game is best suited for ages 7 and up, but it can generally be played by anyone who can comfortably and safely throw a stick.

Where can I find others playing Timber Golf?

We run an annual Timber Golf Tournament and encourage aspiring players to join the fun! You can also find us on Instagram and Facebook where you can see what others are up to in the Timber Golf community.

What if I don't have enough space to play?

Timber Golf is great for large yards, parks, wooden areas, beaches and more.

If you only have a smaller space, we recommend trying an 8-hole course! Set up 5 Timber Blocks (instead of 10) and play by the same rules!
