Our Story

Timber Golf is powered by 5-BIL Gaming – a name reflective of our origin story: 5 brothers-in-law (5-BIL) who share a passion for lawn games. 

Games have always brought our family together; whether it’s our regular Sunday gatherings, family camping trips or annual cottage vacations, making up new games is always at the centre of it. 

Timber Golf all began when we were trying to pass the time during a cottage family vacation. We combined our collective love of golf and outdoor games by using wooden dowels and blocks to create the very first version of Timber Golf!

Many people can recall a time when they thought of a great idea over drinks or attempted to make up a game with friends, only to have it die shortly after the group went their separate ways. Well, we enjoyed our game so much, that the idea lived past the vacation. 

Since then, we’ve refined and improved the game to the Timber Golf you know today!
